Who doesn’t enjoy a refreshing smoothie well here is a surprisingly filling one for breakfast. This smoothie tastes nutritious and delicious. A great alternative breakfast drink to kick off the little ones day. Besides I am always looking for ways to use my stock of rolled oats. Because only one of my children absolutely adores oatmeal.
Time: 7 minutes
1 cup of Almond Milk
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
14 Frozen Strawberries
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
1 1/2 tsp of Honey (Optional)
Simple and Easy. Blend and Enjoy.
A few tips…
• You can freeze your bananas (peeled) as well and use fresh strawberries.
• If you are feeling adventurous add in some fresh mint.
• Add mango as a nice surprise or substitute strawberries for mango.
• Do not use ice.
